In-built quality starts with research and development and continues right through design, project management, production, installation and maintenance; every section has quality related responsibilities. Each work centre is responsible for manufacturing and providing the scheduled quality, in the required time in accordance with the planned estimate and also at the required quality level. Consequently a 'Do it right the first time' approach is the key to quality, cost reduction, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance' means exactly what it implies: assurance that quality is satisfactory when compared with the reference standard or specification by using testing, sampling or other accredited methods.
